Paul Stokmans has experience in the construction of tools (Excel) eg: at PostNL International, Artofil BV, LlS Architecten and several SME and support of ICT implementations eg: at Rabobank International and PGGM.

For the Tax authority in the Netherlands (Belastingdienst) Paul Stokmans cooperated as Interim Senior Bedrijfseconoom/ Controller ICT Domein in government-wide ICT projects with the aim of being able to contract cost-effectively (TCO). Creating in close coordination with purchasing purchase contract models (oa EMVI-Superformule) pricing and assessment models
